Bought the set for my 12mos nephew. He loves watching the DVDs. Over the holidays, all of my nephews (2 x 12mos, 3yo, 4yo) enjoyed watching them together and pointing out the fruits they were familiar with and trying to say the words. Harder than Disc 1 but with help of an adult and flashcards, the kids will pick it up quickly.

This DVD 2 is fun because it is all about fruits and food. But some words are difficult to pronounce. The flash card has helped a lot.

A Great First Video |

This is right along the lines of Baby Einstein - so great for little kids. It is a great learning tool for me to watch with my child, however, my almost 3 year old is a little bored by it. She prefers Bao Bei or LIttle Pim to this series. I wish I would have had it when she was 12 - 24 months old.
I do like that this series also shows fruit that would be common in China, but is not necessarily known in the US.
