The Moon Festival is an important holiday for the Chinese.  It is a time of thanksgiving for the summer that has passed and time to welcome the coming of the cold autumn.

This festival is celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th Lunar Month.  This year, the Moon Festival is on September 22, 2010.
