Group of children make a circle.
Kids hold out their hands and each child decides whether to hold out the palm - palm up or palm down.
Somebody counts to three.
At the the count of three, each child will hold out hand, palm
out or down.
The majority of children with either palm out or palm down stays. Others lose. Repeated
until there are only two left.
Then Rock Paper Scissors is done
to determine the winner.
In Taiwan it varies. Can be done Rock Paper Scissors or the
oldest or youngest person.
