Outstanding book to explain Chinese New Year to children. Demi writes other great books. I have used this book to explain Chinese New Years to my son's preschool class.

I just loved the symbols and their meanings. This will be a fantastic book when it comes to decorating for the main holidays. The language is simple enough for a young child to enjoy but has the content to keep me happy. The illustrations are delightful.
