"I have been teaching middle school Chinese to American students for
about 5 years. So far, in my opinion, Kuai Le Han Yu is the best
teaching material available for the group that I teach. The Text book,
flash cards, audio CD, and the CD Rom work together can provide students
a interesting, engaging and comprehensible Chinese learning experience." - Marinda from Philadelphia

About Kuaile Hanyu
Kuaile Hanyu = Happy Chinese
Kuaile Hanyu series is
called Happy Chinese because the goal is
for the learner to find learning Chinese as happy and easy, instead of boring and difficult.
Teaching Middle School students is challenging, many teachers believe it is the
hardest age to teach. The kids are becoming young adults, they want to be more independent and are going through physical changes. And somehow,
while all this is going on you want to keep their attention and teach
them Chinese, so using the wrong
textbooks for teaching Chinese can be a disaster!
Kuaile Hanyu is designed
to be interesting for middle school students. Each type of
student requires a different teaching style, which is why its exciting that
Kuaile Hanyu was specifically made in a format that works with the emotional and
psychological development at this age.

and exploring the country, Kuaile Hanyu lessons follow the principle
