Nicely geared for Mandarin as a foreign language |

My 5.5 year old, who doesn't speak much Mandarin, really "got" the format of these books. There is a lot of repetition, which helps kids figure out the pattern/syntax of sentences. The pictures are engaging. I would have liked some additional activities on the included CD (e.g., songs, interactive games).
