The Red Thread March 11, 2008

My two year old daughter Libby was adopted from China in Sept. 2006. She LOVES reading but she is particulary drawn to this book. She identifies the main characters as her own mommy and daddy and she thinks the baby at the end is her. She is drawn to the pictures and the story. As Libby's mom I love this book! After all our China girls are our very own princesses! Our family will cherish this

My grandmom told me lots of Chinese folk stories when I was small.  I don't remember much.  I am so happy to find this book so I can tell my daughter the same stories that I enjoyed when I was small.
