A bit annoying. Somehow a person just did a link to Amazon using their affiliate, copied the reviews their for the comments, and then got high on Google News for blog updates.

Obviously reading the NY Times today... As Daddy Bloggers Attract Readers, Marketers Follow
So I went looking... Daddy*Drama looked very promising, but he stopped blogging... I have seen that Learning Chinese product before :-) Cool blog that has a great post - Daddy Dialectic - Learning About Race. Not about Learning Chinese. Monday, July 13, 2009Blogging and Sponsorships
The NY Times has an article titled Blogger Approval May Please Sponsors and I have mixed feelings on it. It does bring up some relevant issues that are not clear to me what is 100% right, and what is 100% wrong. It's similar to the product placement in movies that can become so annoying (Ford in the last James Bond movie and GM in transformers). I see it from the marketing side, as well as the end user.
ChildBook has not accepted a corporate sponsor. I do blog about the products I carry along with Chinese related topics and try my best to give my honest opinion. Sometimes it may be too honest :-) I try to stay away from politics and just be factual. Labels: Learning Chinese Blogs

Friday, November 23, 2007Chinese For Kids, Learning Chinese is Fun Blog
I just posted a link to an excellent blog on Learning Chinese for Kids. What is great about the blog and associated web site is the focus on actual material for Learning Chinese. And it's FREE! So if you want to see some children songs, or read great commentary I suggest take a look at the Learning Chinese for Kids Blog. The blog is written by a teacher at a German School in China, for their Chinese Club.
